Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please visit our returns/exchange-portal.

If you purchased your Lick Sleeve® at a veterinarian or retail store, please return the item where you purchased for refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same, new condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and for you to return the Lick Sleeve®.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Once approved, then your refund for the Lick Sleeve® will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Due to the fact that we are not responsible for the cost of shipping we are unable to return fees that are paid to a shipping service like USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

If you purchased your Lick Sleeve® from a veterinarian or retail store, please return for refund.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@licksleeve.com.

Lick Sleeve® purchased at veterinarian (if applicable)
Only items purchased directly from Lick Sleeve® can be returned for refund to Lick Sleeve®. If you purchased from a veterinarian or retail store, please return for refund at the original location.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If the item is broken, damaged or doesn't fit, we will exchange it for free. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@licksleeve.com and we will send you a free return label.

Please note that if you choose to exchange the item, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you would prefer a refund instead of an exchange, please let us know and we will process the refund for you as soon as possible

Shipping
To return your product, you should email support@licksleeve.com and we will send you a free return label.

If you paid return shipping fees directly to the courrier for a return, we are unable to credit you for shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We will always issue a return label through a trackable shipping service.

However, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item within the specified time frame provided by the shipping service.
